Fall 2025 Fundraising Goal Reached – Supporting 20 Students This Semester
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the Jado Village Foundation raised $750 for the Fall 2025 semester, enabling us to provide uniforms, school supplies, and transportation support to 20 students.
A Successful Semester Thanks to Our Supporters
We are proud to share that during the Fall semester of 2025, the Jado Village Foundation successfully reached and exceeded its fundraising goal. Through the generosity of our donors, we raised a total of $750 USD, allowing us to expand our support and assist 20 students with essential educational resources.
This achievement ensured that more children were able to attend school equipped with the materials and support they need to participate fully in their education.
Supporting Students with Essential Resources
Our focus each semester is to remove practical barriers that make it difficult for children to attend and stay in school. With the funds raised, we were able to provide:
- School uniforms for students who did not have appropriate clothing for class
- Essential school supplies, including notebooks, pens, bags, and hygiene materials
- Transportation support for students who travel long distances to reach school
By addressing these everyday challenges, we help students attend classes consistently and with confidence.
Exceeding the Original Target
Our original target per semester was $500, based on our goal of supporting up to 20 students with basic educational necessities. Reaching $750 allowed us not only to meet this goal, but to strengthen the quality and consistency of the support we provided throughout the semester.
This additional funding enabled us to:
- Respond to individual student needs more flexibly
- Replace worn or missing supplies during the term
- Plan ahead with greater financial stability
Funds Carried Forward to the Next Semester
Because of the strong support we received, we were able to carry over remaining funds into the following semester. This marked an important milestone for the foundation, as it was the first time we entered a new academic term with a financial buffer already in place.
Having funds available ahead of time helps us:
- Respond quickly to student needs at the start of a semester
- Maintain continuity of support even before new fundraising campaigns begin
- Reduce the risk of interruptions in assistance for the children we serve
The Impact Beyond the Numbers
While the figure $750 represents a financial goal, its real impact is measured in opportunities created. Twenty students were able to attend school with the proper clothing, materials, and means to travel safely to class.
For families in our community, this support reduces financial pressure and reinforces the importance of keeping children in school and engaged in their education.
